Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 16, 2026.
Credits and Generation Jobs
FunSigns uses credits and subscriptions to pay for AI processing costs. Because AI jobs often begin immediately and consume third-party processing resources, completed credit purchases and submitted generation jobs are generally non-refundable.
Failed Jobs
If a generation fails because of a technical issue on FunSigns' side and no usable output is produced, FunSigns may return the credits for that job to the account. Credit returns are reviewed case by case.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Users may continue using available subscription features and credits until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse.
Promotional Credits
Free, trial, beta, promotional, or bonus credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and may expire or be changed.
